  I have lived at the Jackson Arms for 5 years with no plans of ever moving out. It is a great building, ideal location, and has exceptional management. For a person like me who doesn't drive, the location couldn't be better. There are four major bus lines on our corner at Lindell and Taylor; there are 4 grocery stores in walking distance, as well as 3 pharmacies, and plenty of bars, restaurants and boutique style shops in the immediate vicinity. Debbie Harris, the on-site building manager, goes out of her way to take really good care of her tenants. She gives us three parties every year - a pool party in summer with a DJ, games and bbq; a chili party for Halloween, and a lovely holiday party in December with great food and raffles for some really good prizes. The pool is a wonderful feature for summer time fun and sun, as well as a good way to exercise, and there are bbq pits in the pool area for use by the tenants. The apartments are well laid out with plenty of storage space including 3 large closets and built in shelves, as well as a built in dresser with a mirror in the hallway off the bathroom. Maintenance is always accomplished in a quick and timely manner. This is a great place to live.
